Building a Team in Lincoln NE

Hello! I'm a real estate investor in Denver that's looking to BRRRR some properties in Lincoln NE. My partner went to UNL and lived in Lincoln for 6 years, so we're familiar with the town. We're currently building a team and are in need of a good general contractor that can help coordinate efforts on rehabs. We aren't looking for the cheapest out there... we'd like to work consistently with someone that's a straight-shooter, does quality work, and is trustworthy. Solid referrals are greatly appreciated.
