I do think the asset class will experience devaluation as buyers price in the economic distress of COVID, but as long as the long term demographic fundamentals remain in place, MFH is setup for success so I wouldn't be fearful of a bear trap.I think an interesting thing to watch is if/how COVID affects any of the demographic trends currently supporting the rise of MFH.

Referring to a broker as a lender is fundamentally incorrect because the broker is specifically not doing business as a lender; they are not funding the loan and their name is not on the note.

Let's not get too bogged down by the term 'bubble' - I understand that markets inevitably rise and fall, and the not-too-recent-past represented a very definite bubble, but the market fundamentals were also much different/much weaker (IE: lending to anything with a pulse).
