Question about SDIRA remodel

My SDIRA is buying a foreclosure.  Can I hire a corporation that my son works for to do remodel work on the property, my son would be involved in some of the work? Company owner says yes it is allowable, because it's fair market value, "arms length" etc, and my son is not an owner.  Opinions welcome!
