The eggs are very difficult to kill and the only thing I've found that will actually kill the bugs and the eggs is steam or suffocation from tightly bagging smaller items in trash bags.

Some people throw a tarp over it and bags of water around the edge to hold the tarp in place, which is a death trap if a kid were to fall in, they would be surrounded by the tarp.

They even left the quickcrete bags in the crawl space!!

if a client is a d-bag I just won't work for them.

But they got in a situation over their head and didn't take the time to (or spend the money to have someone else) communicate openly and honestly as hundreds of customers were left holding the bag.

If you buy the supplies in bulk you can get a small bag put together for a few dollars per resident. 

I'd be worried about holding the bag if a downturn comes and your occupancy halves.

If the cat goes to the bathroom on your property put it in a bag and leave it on top of her car.
