Partly this is a personal moral question. 

Since 2008 we have consistently under-built for basic consumption.

As many of you can attest to, this business has more than its share of scammers that are looking for a quick $ at ANY cost as well as Great people that have unwavering moral fiber that keeps them honest and conduct business ethically with a win-win for all involved.We intend to continue doing business in Chicago as well as the DFW areaNow to my question..Has anyone had good experiences with a wholesaler and have done repeat business?

I cannot believe how financially irresponsible otherwise "professional" people can be when it comes to debt, credit cards, and over consumption.

On the moral side, I can no longer support such a system that trap people in perpetual helplessness.

The morale of the story is to not bid on 2nd position liens. 

I think the moral to the story is always do your own research & utilize places like your local real estate investor associations where there’s a wealth of knowledge for free, without the costs associated with a program like this. 

You have no moral, ethical , or legal obligation to let people you don't want occupy your personal residence.
