Noone has given this guy not one idea how to cheat the system.Note to self- Never do a rent back on short sale insist the buyer moves out before you close on the house and never give them any cash because its FRAUD- see this thread has already helped one investor :D

We say we don't want them here because of long term effects but our actions insist we DO want them here for the short term benefits for our-selfish-selves.

I told him that, "maybe so, but I INSISTED that my offer be sent to the Seller, as ALL offers in the State of Florida must be presented to the Sellers".Well to make a long story short (as I tend to be a little "long-winded" from time-to-time LOL!).

They refused to share specific information and just insisted I attend one of the meetings. 

They insist to be present and only on two days of the week (no weekends).

Same applies to any tenant paying  late more than twice....you must get rid of them, M2M leases will be your best friend to avoid costly evictions and lost income.Good luck, you will need it.PS: insist on your handy man giving you detailed weekly updates on everything.
