See them in court for damages if the boundaries play out like you suspect.This isn't a game where only one party has a lawyer.The other option is to go by, talk to the actual owner, explain your intentions, mention how taken aback you were by the reaction, insinuate you'll be doing/have engaged the above, and wait for this crazy *** dude to be put on the curb with the rest of the garbage.
