Student Housing advice
Good morning BiggerPocketers! I need some advice. I am acquiring a Mult-family that I will be using as student housing. I want to know I still manage as a rental, meaning do the students pay for electric, water, garbage, sewer or are all those my expenses since its student housing? May be a weird question, just want to know so I run my numbers correctly.

@Jasmine White, typically they will pay for all of their utilities, just like normal renters. If your building has separate water meters, great, otherwise you can charge a separate water fee in addition to the rent.
