I do think saturation will be a problem in the coming years in the Smokys for non-view plain knotty pine cabins.

Hi Kelly,Plain & simple..... that's just shear laziness on the part of the agent.Your agent's contract writing platform should allow for her/him to save a template for your contracts which typically contain the same clauses and terms.

For your information, I ended up renting to another tenant who has a dog - not an ESA, just a plain ole' pet.

Compared to Westchester, the prices here are AMAZING (I used to live in White Plains), and though the returns will be smaller with cheaper houses and lower rents, it's a great way to start.
