Contractor Need in Plains PA (Wilkes Barre area)

Hi BP community. Hoping to get some help with finding a reliable, honest contractor. Been through the wringer with the contractor I was working with. I’m new to investing and made some common rookie mistakes. Payment too far in advance of the work, too much trust and not effectively managing the work and expectations. needless to say I got burned.  We Win or we learn (but that’s for another time) 

If you can recommend someone for a light:Medium rental rehab project in the Wilkes Berre/Plains PA area I would greatly appreciate it.
