Yes yes we have a template of blank folders that we just copy and paste into a new master folder

My thinking is that if I knock the office walls down and fix the floors and ceilings that suffered water damage then maybe I can begin to market it to a tenant and then potentially give the tenant a blank canvas to work with.

It’s a good staring point.

Ive had months where all the tenants paid late, its easier to take in stride, not staring down the barrel of a mortgage payment.

@Alonzo Avents I would definitely check out @Michael Blank , @Jered Sturm and Frank Gallinelli. 

I think these are really good if you need a lot of signatures or have a lot of what I call "fill in the blanks" as you can put in different fields for tenants to complete.
