Best Electronic Signature Software??

Hi Bigger Pockets,

My wife and I manage some university apartments and a triplex. We just took over the management for these family-owned properties and in the past, all of the lease agreements were physically signed. We would like to digitize this process and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for software? Obviously, there is Docusign but I'm guessing it's expensive for small business?

What do you use?

I just started using tenantcloud.com for management software and it has electronic signature built into it. For their standard

plan I believe it is $9 per month
