After tons and tons of submitted offers I finally landed a sweet deal in Sherman Oaks, California for $250,000.

Oak Island overall has a much larger supply of housing units in total than some of the other beach communities in southeastern NC.

I only heard about Oak Brook, but have no idea how high it is in the rank.

My wife and I are both Naval Officers moving to Oak Harbor.  

Kids are grown,  claims to have 10 other properties (but i haven't found any other properties he own so im calling his bluff)Needs rehab?

They dont want an application , once I tell them THEY are responsible for cutting the grass , leaves , and snow shoveling    ( one property is almost a full acre covered with oak trees , BIG ones)   The other 2 are a bit over 1/2 acre .  

If you are looking to be close to downtown without the downtown prices MUCH better city services, check out Cicero, Berwyn, Forest Park, Oak Park, there are some other areas nearby with good multifamily housing stock. 

I am currently stationed in Oak Harbor, WA.

I use Tennessee title over by one hundred oaks mall.

That doesn't mean you can't make an offer and/or bluff a deal.
