In my analysis of comps, it is quite challenging to get a good feel (maybe due to COVID) as there are huge swings in what comps are going for ($600/month swings), as well as the fact that there aren't that many comps ...

I forget where I saw the rankings for national builders, but I think it was JD Power or Eliant or some such name.

And depending on rank the housing allowance can go along way to the mortgage payment while stationed there.Its a good way to build a portfolio, albeit all over the country.

Hell choose ANY state, city.Look at the top 5 #1 ranking websites .I bet you will see 90% of said sites are Investor Carrot.
