Reaching your Real Estate Goals

Hello everyone,

My name is Russell McGinnis and I am a new member to the Bigger Pockets Community.  I want to start by telling you a little about myself.  I graduated college 2 years ago and have a degree in Civil Engineering.  Currently, I work in the Wastewater Industry and have high hopes and dreams of building my wealth through real estate investing.  I would like to acquire a new property or two every year to reach a goal of 10 properties with a passive income around 50,000 Dollars.  Im wondering if any of you were recently in my situation, or have a similar story.  If so, I would love to hear about it and learn from your experiences.

Yours Truly

Russ
