I just wonder if I could send a note about eviction process due to breaking lease agreement by not communicating with me/not letting me in.And/or saying I will charge them for my loss since I have no way to show the property and signing new lease starting beginning of February.I just don't understand their behavior.

The Rental Manager GUI was recently redesigned and no longer displays the option to copy the HTML script to post on Craigslist.

I agree with @Gerald Grinter that it could be a good strategy to get a quote (as them for the FZD and display both at the showings).

I was very concerned with the behavior, but so far everything is playing out well. 

Only the landlord or property manager knows how much risk they want to accept, the rental market in the local area, the appearance and behavior of the applicant, etc.

In order to select a good tenant the property manager needs two things: Multiple applicants - If you have only one or two applicants, you are stuck.Financial history - Past behaviors are a good indicator of how people will behave in the future.In Las Vegas, the vast majority of tenants renting properties in the $400/Mo. to $800/Mo. range live cash based lives.

There's no way to have multiple properties displayed on a single listing page.

I'm hearing of people paying 90%+ buying foreclosures on the courthouse steps which is not sane behavior.2.

Is this normal behavior?
