just like there are plenty of professional teams that have coaches that never played the sport. 

Since this sport is picking up a lot of interest across the country this year, getting courts has been a hassle.

Start by having a respectful conversation with them about the odor and suggest solutions like designated smoking areas or air filtration devices.

I suspect that you may be trying to determine how connected these devices need to be.
