Who Gives the Best Advise on BP?

I have been investing for over 2 decades and jumped back on BP over last the several days.

Im very impressed with the knowledge i see on this site.  what im curious about is how many people here actually do deals as opposed to just understand basic fundamentals of real estate.

I do not subscribe to the philosophy that only those that do deals understand real estate.  just like there are plenty of professional teams that have coaches that never played the sport. 

I will say, doing deals does give people not only conceptual knowledge, but also real life circumstances to draw from.
