Wholesaling is a lot of fluff and BS in my opinion in the Canadian market and very difficult, only listen to other canadian who have a proven track record.

On another note the Canadian side (Windsor/Essex) is a great place to invest as well with very low crime rates and one of the cheapest places in Canada to invest.
