Does anyone know of any good property managers who will work with small investors? I have a 3/1.5 SFR in North Oakland County, Michigan that I am renting out.

@David Calme, there are many PMs in our area. Two that work with small investors and are worth investigating are Castle and Royal Rose. They should be easy to find with a web search.
