CRM software for a real estate agent and a real estate investor

Hello everyone! I have a full time job and I am a new real estate agent. I am looking for a CRM program that I can use to track leads, email, reminders, and use drip mail exc... One the other hand I want to be able to track work flow with income properties, tenants and new projects. I am just starting out and I'm not looking to spend a lot of money. I read many of the forums and it looks like Podio might be the way to go. I would like to use one program for both. No one said anything about Bitrix24. It looks good and it's free. For real estate I was looking at Moresolds. Any feed back would be great!

Hi Nicholas, you can try Streak CRM, that's built in in Gmail. You can track your leads and create more pipelines in different businesses you're in or whatever pipeline you wanted to create. What I like most in this CRM, I can send emails to all of my leads in one click and then there's a tracker if your email has been read or not yet so you wont be wondering all the time if that lead is active online or not. When I worked as a Virtual assistant to a canadian brokerage, the company used Highrisehq CRM ans it's good too but not like STREAK. So far that's what I've been using. You can try it for free.

    All depends on how much time you want to spend in setup and learning as well.  All applications will require a learning curve obviously.  I love Podio and use it myself, but there is a bit of a steep learning curve right in the beginning that scares many people away.  once you get over that though it's a spectacularly simple platform that you can use to setup any system you wish.  Plus it is limitless in it's ability to integrate with other systems out on the web.

    Figuring out Podio will take some time, but well worth it if you ask me.

    Thanks for the information Scott. After a long hard look at many different options I do think that Podio might be the best bet. I think I'm going to try it out for a little bit and see what happens. I am also trying out Reality Juggler and More Solds. I think I can get over the learning curve, I'm pretty tech savvy and watch a lot of YouTube videos. I'll let you know how it turned out.

    I'll have to try out a couple to see how they fit. Thanks for all of the feedback. I'll let you know when I settle one and let you know which one works best for me.

    I am using REI Blackbook. I think they are a newer up and coming super star when it comes to real estate CRMs. If you click on my profile and view my website, that also comes standard with your subscription to them. They have a very professional software and customer service!

    When I got onboard with my clients last year, they're using REI Blackbook and it's really an awesome app! I'm so in love with it!

    Podio is a little old-school looking, but very customizable and works just fine once you get over the learning curve. A bunch of automation can be done on the backend too with Globiflow.
