hehe, nice thread.now beside the already suggested minivan (last year chrysler/dodge had a brand new dodge caravan AVP a more "base-model" for around 17-19k + title+registration+dealer fees)-ford freestyle (if CVT transmission doesn't hit you with the 4k-7k repair/replacement)-ford taurus X-ford taurus wagon (fleet-use/maintained 2001-2004)-ford focus wagon(2005-2007)-ford transit (they could "eat" a whole pallet)-dodge magnum (the wagon, not the truck)-mazda5-chevy hhr-if diesel: jetta wagon diesel or passat diesel (with the even rarer stickshift and large gas reservoir conversion you could get 1,000+ miles per diesel tank); good diesel and vw mechanics in the close area mandatory!

The only conclusion I have is, the apartment is a dump and they have a really hard time getting a body to live in it, which equals a lousy landlord and thus the headaches that they encounter, vacancies, calls from tenants complaining, calls from lawyers wanting to sue them etc.

My current employer purchases narrow body aircraft and leases them to airlines throughout the world so many of the economic principles (prudent asset/liability management, active asset management and conservative cash flow management) and analytical metrics (margin/spread analysis, IRR, ROA, etc) translate well to the real estate industry.I’ve been reading books/blogs and listening to podcasts and 2 things have become evident to me: 1 – the more I learn the more I see how little I know and,2 – there is a myriad of ways to find, finance and exit a property.

Their is nothing better than the personal visit.TIP TO CREATE EMAILSI use only images for the entire body of my emails because then you don't have to know html code to get the body to look nice and you can include pictures and graphics.I use Atomic Mail Sender and you can send millions of emails at one time for free.
