I have no idea if it's true or not, but I've heard Black Book Data recycles loan mod lists, so it's likely that you're going to get a lot of names of people who are going through loan mods; these may not be your idea targets for what you're trying to accomplish (or maybe it is).Again, I don't know if that's true, but that was a warning someone gave me when I was asking around about 30/60/90 data...

I have been listening to the pod casts and I absolutely love them.

You have an enormous amount of resources available to you; review the pod casts, become active in groups in your local area and select the geographic area you wish to invest in and start on your journey. 

Sometime a post can be edited to remove the political bend and leave the rest of an otherwise good post behind, but that takes time and the mods/staff have no obligation to do so.

The doom of bad things to come coupled with the fact that they happen to be being hit hard by Realtors, Loan Mod Attorneys, Investors and some Lenders.You'll also see down cycles due to local propaganda brought on by New Stories or National Advertisers.The key is consistency.
