Hello from the north east coast!!

Hi Folks!

My name is Chirag and I am a medical student training to become a physician in the New York City area! Before medical school I bought two properties and renovated them with the help of my brother. Now I manage those properties as a landlord! I am an ambitious young individual looking to at some point expand my investments in real estate. I have been listening to the pod casts and I absolutely love them. I can't believe how incredibly helpful and knowledge-filled they are. I have my investments in Connecticut, but I currently live in Long Island! I'd love to get to know anyone in the area! 

I'm considering possibly getting into the wholesale business to get my feet wet. Once I have some more solid capital available to me I'd like to move up to flipping. I would love to hear suggestions on what resources people like to read to inform themselves of wholesaling and even house contracting!
