You can try to report them to credit I would put out as much info on them as you can, be careful about putting anything on social media.I have to Tell you honestly, you will never be able to collect on a judgement in Texas, Texas is a deadbeat state, Garnishing of Wages is not going to fly.You can run your tenants data on someone like PublicData.com, I bet you will find all kinds of interesting things on themIf you find some one that is looking for them, be sure and supply that to those looking for them, they will move quickly.We always run a full background check, and make them pay for it.I am sure after this you will too.It is hard to be a new landlord and investor.What you want to do is make sure when they leave, they have no reason to ever comeback to your area.Just Write the Damages off, if you have not already done it, try refinancing the property, get a better rate, and some cash out, to pay for repairs.take a big chunk off your schedule C, use it to your favor.The main thing is your time is money, and stress is a killer, if you lose your health you lose everything.

I find the Dubai market to be too unstable for my liking. and the 4% transfer fee is a killer, unless you plan to stay in the market for a long time.If you could tell me a bit more about your plan, I could suggest a place for you.
