By not using English, it gave me a profound appreciation for the English Language and the year after I started reading every book I could get my hands on.My wife taught Japanese immersion and I saw a similar miraculous transformation for kids from the inner city.

The book is "Flipping Properties" by William Bronchick and Robert Dahlstrom.I suspect you'll get better advice from others that have actual experience though.

BTW, this is why my book is still in the grinding stage, 50 states, federal regulations and trying to orchestrate those matters into a commonly accepted practice is like rocket science.
