Hi, I am the software engineer, with the current AI surge and myself is a big fan of AI, I am thinking about making a simple website for real estate seller agent with the features of generating listing description automatically based on house photos, amenities, locations, etc to help them list house easier - think about it as a marketing assistant and it will increase the workflow efficiency and conversion, so they don't have to spend tons of time drafting those marketing material. 

I agree on the "one software does all" will leave holes and tend to be very rigid... question: are you using any "integration" or "workflow" software that automates your business processes in-between Apps ?

The big guys, don't like changing their design/workflow unless the location is absolutely one they have to have.

If not, do you have two separate workflows dealing with lock codes - one for Airbnb and another for VRBO? 

Reasonable and as you grow you customize the software to sync and integrateAt our office: for client-facing, we use the above mentioned and for internal team communication, we also use Glip and Zapier.We are thinking of using Clickup for our internal workflow.
