I think over the next few years people will leave markets due to municipality changes.

Sometimes people order subscriptions for data, information, services and later decide not to renew.

Lots of people move as soon as the kids are out of the house. 

I am looking forward to meeting people from different aspects of the Real Estate Investing world.

I believe many people in this forum have never bought a tax lien certificate at an auction.
