How many of you are planning to sell your STR property?

My area seems to be saturated with Airbnb/STR properties trying to sell. These properties were purchased for investment only purposes (they are not second homes/duplex's etc). When I check local real estate listing it's evident that a number of these properties for sales are former airbnbs that were purchased in the last 2 years and clearly are not worth holding onto for the owners. Are you seeing this in your area?

Quote from @Kerry Baird:

My local municipality is changing ordinances to be far more restrictive, and I notice a number of houses up for sale that were STRs.  It is the snowbird season in Florida, so it is a reasonable time to catch attention of those buyers.

I agree with this. I think over the next few years people will leave markets due to municipality changes. STrs are going to be more regulated nationwide.
