Hello Matthew, Looks like if i get a discount of say 20-30 k, i will still will be under the water for accepting to update the records and bear the consequences which no one know how it goes.

Software return people with specific attributes, be it foreclosure, whether they bought houses in cash before, whther or not they have dealt with a water shut-off list.

And do you have a certain price range in mind and I assume you're good with up to a moderate level of rehab?

For the last 3 years the lower risk loans on the peer to peer platforms have been bid to where they're paying in the 7-8% range.  

Do you have a preferred type of property and price range you're looking for in general (knowing the costs can be different based on they market)?

HABD SAFMR states that a 2/1 with 2 people in property’s zipcode on voucher maxes out at $1356, current rent is $779, and when I search for comps on multiple platforms I see the low range being $860 and higher end of median $1150.

Actual cost takes into account depreciation so complete destruction of a property could leave you under water in terms of the amount paid for the loss.
