PS leads are available to all of the people who use PS and is made available to all those people at exactly the same time (via the data update).

Since this is my only property I do not mind and with my flexible schedule I am able to spend time doing this. 

Only wasted time and many prospective buyers in the mean time.

As you get deeper into your career you will of course need to spend time servicing these leads so you will have less time for prospecting and lead generation right?

Networking with Canadians who’ve invested in the U.S. and finding good local agents or property managers will also help a lot.
