This has amazing features, but I have not pulled the trigger yet, I've learned to give seemingly amazing **** some time, and check out reallll reviews first. ninety-nine dollars per month is ok if its month to month, but to throw five hundred upfront to them and lose is not good at all. anyone else checking/checked it out, please share good and bad?

You want appreciation.Everyone should want appreciation because that's what ultimately is going to build outsized wealth.If you just want cash flow, heck... throw your cash into an ETF like $JEPI and be happy with your ~9% CoC annually.With real estate, all things being equal, you would want to buy in the highest appreciating market you can find.

So we talked to our attorney/CFO contact and he told us to be very very suspicous; seems more like cash cow for Pace when getting few 100 students every month to fork over $2k and tell them it takes 6 mnths to 'set up' (umm - a DUNS # is FREE) and then throw them a bone after you've made how much cash-on-cash w/ the $200k that comes in every couple weeks...

Before you do that, you need to make sure that you're not throwing good money after bad money...thats an entirely different discussion.

Did the heat treat and it worked.I recommend getting the encasement style pillow and mattress protectors. 

But I am unsure if the 1% rule is used in these situations.She also stated she is going to have an appraiser she knows come look at the property to find out what it is worth which could be worrisome as I am sure they do not specialize in this type of property and could really throw a wrench into the works.I know she didnt pay much for the trailers so this may be the best direction to go with finding the value.  

And sure while the GF shouldn't have final say, I don't think it's wise relationally not to listen to your girlfriend throw in her two cents from time to time even she doesn't actually have any skin in the game.
