Question: would you rent a basic 7-seater SUV (newer Honda Pilot) for $110/day? Is that a great rate?
I am considering using Turo to rent out and hack my vehicle for some extra CF.

Could deter new tenants in the future.2) The boiler needs servicing and looks heavily worn/rusted, all pipe elbows are significantly corroded on exterior.3) Metering will make it easier to survey usage and determine equitable rent adjustments.So...best to "save" $200 per month in utilities, paying itself off in the long run (i.e. 50 months)?

seems high from JUST closing cost perspective on buyer or seller side (escrow+attorney+survey+prorated tax+ doc)... but again it could be very low depending on how the closing cost is being constructed (may be point or cost from both side etc) ..if you can give a breakout /pic of the closing statement then i can help

You should contact a property surveyor and have the property surveyed to verify the boundaries of the property.

I’d get your survey and hash it out with a new appraiser because no appraiser in there right mind should be counting a dining room as a bedroom unless changes were made to the structure.
