I am unable to see the applications that have been submitted, as Nomad Lease takes an excessive amount of time to process and review them.

You then must submit the remaining $95,000 via certified funds within 24 hours of winning the auction.  

In early march I submitted all the documents they needed from me expecting some follow-up.

@Sachin ReliaI know they just launched a new reit 2, in their last reit they have yet to submit their audited financials from 2022 (due by April 30th) or their semi annual report for 2023 (due by September 30th)They also have switched auditing firms in this new venture….I would ask them the status of the above.

I've read through the General Plan and there is nothing else that broadens or limits this description that I can find.Generally speaking, does this mean that I should have ministerial approval to perform a condo conversion of these already-built-out units in the same sense that I would have ministerial approval to submit plans for a new construction condos if the land were still vacant?  

They followed up right away on my pre-approval application that I submitted online.The appraisal (which usually seems to be a bottleneck with other lenders) reached out right away, even before my term sheet was finalized.Now here is where I feel a bit frustrated with their product marketing and what I actually got.

Im working on removing some inquiries from my credit so, i can be in the best position possible to get high limit accounts when they start to submit applications.

Some may walk 1 to 2 properties for you, not 10 or 20 (unless you want to pay them for their time) before you submit an offer.
