Thinking back, I was kicking myself for putting people through the horror of viewing the place.I had other tenants which I forced to permit showings, particularly those that cannot be at home, and they reported things stolen.

Are there tools going to get stolen?  

They could've vandalized the place or stolen the stuff.

A mess from the tenants was left (no surprise) and they had stolen the owner's appliances (found during occupancy permitting two weeks ago and had the contract adjusted).

It said that if anyone had their storage unit burglarized in the last few weeks, to contact the police, stating they had caught the culprit, and had found some of the recently reported stolen goods.  

Even if it gets stolen, so what, I can replace it but it's already too late for the person who steals it because the video is already in the cloud and is accessible to only me.

However, just before the tenant moved into the property our PM discovered the brand new water heater we just installed had been stolen (there is outside access to the utility room and even though there is a metal security door they had ripped it off).

No inspection and I haven’t seen one of the units.In all of these situations I have stolen the properties and there aren’t really any issues I haven’t seen before that I can’t fix.

Also, it is likely the address is being used as a "scam address" for items purchased on stolen credit cards.

Didn't notify for months that the AC unit and lines were stolen.
