Looking to switch PM in Indianapolis. Reccomendations?

Current PM is unresponsive, doesn't return calls or emails. Didn't notify for months that the AC unit and lines were stolen. Charged way too much for a turnover and when the new tenant came in there were a lot of things that weren't even fixed. Ready to switch and need to know who to avoid or who has done a good job for you guys.
