Soaking up as much knowledge as possible and want to start building portfolio. 

If you outwork your competitors, soak up knowledge constantly, network like hell, and offer a best in class client experience, age will never come up.

Been soaking up knowledge here for awhile now.

Not being able to soak an arm or a leg in hot water in my home isn't acceptable.

It wouldn't be a strong odor like something that was soaked, but it could be enough that you get the scent of it and can't figure out exactly where it is coming from.   

Use the search tool in the header, search “wholesaling” and start soaking it all in.

Plug yourself in to as many groups as you can handle and start soaking up knowledge. 

Soak up as much as you can about the field you are choosing to learn and only focus on that one thing, also find some people that actually wholesale either around you or on BP and pick their brain and if you get lucky someone to partner with to show you the ropes.

I have been listening to a lot of the BP podcasts and started to read on the subject and just have been soaking up information.
