Starting out wholesaling RE

I'm in the Pittsburgh area & I'm new to REI but I've been researching real estate for some time..Of course, as a lot of beginners do, I wanted to get started with wholesaling. And I haven't taken any courses to learn how to do so but I have watched this video on YouTube. The video is pretty in depth. He gives you his Purchase & Sales Agreement, his contracts he uses, Assignment of Contract...He even shows you how to fill them out. I'm just not sure what to do.. If I should get in contact with a real estate attorney so I don't get myself into any trouble. I just recently saw a FSBO sign & I feel like that could be my first lead...What should I do? I don't want to jump into this without knowing everything!

This is the YouTube video I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39sAVvYLMEU&t=970s

Thank you!
