How well I sleep is just a barometer for me of how happy my subconcious is.

The sexy areas people often buy too late and disregard sleepy areas of the country, due to it not being popular etc...If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change right before your eyes!!

I've sometimes thought about investing in central Florida, but things seem so sleepy there (when I visit her) that I wasn't sure how robust the market was there.  

It's in Point Richmond and you have to drive through abandoned Point Molatte , along the bay for about a mile and then go up a really, really rough 2 mile dirt road and when you come over the hill, you can look at this sleepy little 'pirate cove' that you want to swear you've seen in Pirates of the Caribbean ;-)

But for now it is still a slow sleepy town but a bit better than the other towns in the surrounding area
