Then He plays very loud music, won’t let anyone in his unit including the water department cause our water bill and electric bills have skyrocketed, when the contractor goes upstairs to fix the upstairs unit he lets everyone know there was a suicide in the unit which we feel will scare away another tenant when we are trying to get it filled.

Since then, the skyrocketing market has directed our efforts to Ventura and out of state.

So i am looking for a start my REI journey, although prices are sky-rocketing these days but there is always a potential to get into the market.I am targeting east Ontario because prices are bit reasonable.

The market where I live is flat and prices haven't changed whereas the other market prices have skyrocketed to the point that had I not bought there when I did, I would not have been able to buy now.

Lease rates have skyrocketed this year as there is very strong demand  - obviously no guarantee if rates will stay high but some people are making money right now.  

Sales prices are sky rocketing and many sellers have multiple cash options to consider leaving a leveraged home buyer without any success so more are renting.
