That way you can showcase properties and share your insights in one spot.

Essentially I wasted the 5K so far but i am still a member and as per agreement i can only purchase merchandise for my own use or as a gift etc, not for commercial use etc..

I also think staging is important in this market, to help showcase a home.

@Tariq Bahay Doing some more research, it appears that the problem is not with gift cards per se, but with merchandise credits that were issued in the form of a physical card.
