If you were in my shoes, how would you use my summer?

Good morning Mike, if you were in my shoes would you go through with the deal knowing that there maybe upwards of 100k in repair?

How would you go about getting this information if you were in my shoes?

It will help you either start quickly or seamlessly transition into wholesaling office and commercial properties.If I were in your shoes, I'd first save towards a nice place for your growing family, while learning the wholesale trade, and then focus on realizing your goals as a wholesaler.

@Kian T. if I were in your shoes I would definitely sell the home.

If i was in your shoes i would find a 2-4 plex within 30 mins of post that the average rent for each unit is about 200$ less than the BAH rate for that area.   

Also consider if your baseboards have shoe moulding, how high your jambs are cut, etc.

If you're thinking about posting something like that and you've never walked in our shoes, yes, things like this are part of the life.
