Where to pull tax delinquent property leads?!?

Hi BP Nation!

I am located in San Diego County (North County) and am looking for some advice since I am just getting started in the REI game. What is the best way to get a list of tax delinquent properties in SD county? How would you go about getting this information if you were in my shoes?
