But if I DID live in Dallas, I would start gobbling up properties before prices started to resemble Austin or Houston. 

@Peter RiccaMost people believe the credit score only shows the tenant's history of paying bills but it also is a resemblance of the tenant's history of following through on promises they make and contracts they sign.
