The Utility had removed the meter  & reinstalled an upgraded meter after the electrical Inspection.

A good resurfacing company can make beat up Formica counters look nearly like granite for just a couple hundred bucks all-in and since the resurfacing is done in-place it's quick because there's no removal and re-installation.  

solar city will remove and reinstall for +-$500 if something destroys roof depending on the size I suppose.
