I thought I would add onto this older post, but I'm curious if anyone has any feedback on Sherman from an MTR or STR Strategy. 

Definitely not a good There are a number of threads here that if you read between the lines you'll find the answer that you're looking for. 

Real feedback of struggles or topics people want to dive in further helps us create the content that truly inspires and educates our community.Mine is definitely finding the right deal that fits my buy box lately.

I am currently reading the UBG and have Rich Dad Poor Dad on the way and will start reading this week, along with some other book I want to look into .

I haven't read up on house hacking yet, but I don't believe that living in the property for a year before renting it out will be an option for me.   

So, each format is great.What I like about BP Forum is there are 100,000's reading the post.
