There are cheaper alternatives for just signaturesWhen i need to mass produce something, I use a laser printer with a custom font that's close to my handwriting. there is a trick with MS word using a macro that causes a letter to be printed twice and it looks just like handwriting. you would need a magnifying glass to tell it was printed

(if you have quickbooks- it tells you who needs them and you just stick a form in your printer and print them at year end- easy peesy) Have a professional set up your chart of accounts in quickbooks and get everything going.

Very helpful, although not inexpensive.Thomas Bros sold out to Rand McNally a few years back and seems to be out of the custom map busines but continues to offer maps for select metro areas.As Michael Seeker suggested, just find the map you need and have printed (and mounted) by local printer with banner format printer.I've also found MS Maps & Trips useful by creating community separate maps, adding radii circles and printing out 8 X 11 via color printer.

Besides the fact that the lawyer had no conflict of interest, while the agent would be focusing on sale tactics.I hope in future most of the construction will be via 3D printers and agent licenses will be displayed in museums.

A company as you mention won't give you the training (they can't afford it on those few hundred dollars you pay), nor an office, printer, phone, desk, etc (see previous answer why) and no leads ( they have none - or they give them away to agents that are already trained and pay them a hefty referral fee for them).With other words, if you don't only want to make it in this business, but you want to be successful go to a large company that will give you the training and leads you need!
