If Lessee default on the lease, they have 7 days to remove their personal belongings inside the premise or the Lessor will take possession of their belongings (furniture and decors) Then the rest is pretty much the same as a residential lease.

If you do decide to allow an inspection, just keep an eye out for a few things: make sure they’re serious about the purchase and not just fishing for information, and try to get a sense of their intent.

I've made about $140k the last two years between my full-time job and some personal injury cases I've settled.

I know you are pitching your program or software that you want to sell, but I don't think it is really solving the personal contact problem.

Personally, I'm fine with it but I'm not very demanding for a sofa so it means little.

If you set the vision and then define the roles and responsibilities I think you can have an easier time finding the person you are looking for.
