Over the past two months, and really two years, I have been watching and waiting to see when rising inventory and higher rates will finally affect the Valdosta real estate market.

It was closed by the state about 1.5 months ago after the current owner didn't address all the cosmetic violations.

I have come to realize managing a bedroom is almost the same amount of work on the management side as a 10 bedroom house, so to me that is where the money is and I try not to pick low hanging fruit.

I've been tracing wholesalers in califonia for months, like nothing other state finding individual wholasalers in califonia is quite challenging I don't know if it's because the house prices are too high compared to other markets.

I believe they are 9 AM to 9 PM but I'd have to look to be sure.

If you divide that amount into the capital gains tax savings, you'll get a number of months you'll have to own your current home to make the interest savings exceed the capital gains savings.
