This is a good opportunity to lock in a low rate still.Please let me know if I'm just trying to convince myself to wait or there are any real merits in doing so?

They know that multi-families appeal to investors so they're doing whatever they can to keep people in the door and sell the property, even if that means that the "tremendous upside" in rents doesn't have a lot of merit.

That's a broad generalization, but I do wonder if I would have succumbed to a similar mindset.Anyways, I wrote about this topic briefly a few weeks ago, and I thought I'd discuss the merits of an MBA for entrepreneurs specifically.  

If that was not your position feel free to correct me.Umbrella policy's are dirt cheap so there is no overriding reason not to get one assuming you have assets to protect, this is true even if their merits can be questionable under certain circumstances, and completely deficit in others.

Make sure your deals hold solid merit and don’t try to make the numbers work for the sake of getting a deal.
